Factors Of Safety

VESSEL has a particular weight advantage when used in aircraft. Since each VESSEL is half the weight of a carbon fibre high pressure tank, an option to increase safety would be to use 2 VESSEL tanks in place of a single carbon fibre tank and reduce the operating pressure inside each tank. The factor of safety would increase significantly without a weight penalty.
